the location is exceptionally nice and ideal, close to the nearest rail station, making it convenient to explore the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii. the staff is attentive and efficient, providing great service during my stay.

We had a very nice stay in September. the hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a safe area right by the coast, train station, town, and many restaurants. the location was great for exploring the bay of Naples/Sorrento day or night, as well as Sorrento center and port. the Comfort Queen room we stayed in was modern and compact, and we appreciated the central heating, private safe, and multi-channel television.

The room may be small, but it's got all the essentials covered - a nice flat-screen TV with plenty of channels 📺, climate control to keep you comfy, and a personal safe to stash your valuables. the private bathroom is pretty tidy too!

Suitable for short stay. Spotlessly clean place with very helpful staff members and sea views. Great service at the terrace! Central location, not too far from The Three Tenors in Sorrento. Very nice stay in safe area👍

Property was original, with efficient staff and ideal location in a very safe area. The breakfast was good with croissants, corn flakes, cake, and the roof top bar was a plus. Appreciated my stay, did not want to leave.

Title: Great family stay, but limited space for spreading out
For dads, it would be great if the rooms were a bit more spacious. With a large family, we found it challenging to have enough space to spread out comfortably.

Sydney
The room was spotless with a great view of the sea. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, I had a perfect sleep. - the location was magnificent and unbeatable, short walk to Pompei, Herculaneum, and Naples, the whole Sorrento and the nearest rail station-trains to Sorrento.

The value for money at Crawford was excellent, with a comfortable room and great facilities. The location was perfect, close to Sorrento and the ferry to Capri, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
Breakfast delights, but could use fresher options.

terrace on top of the hotel with wonderful views. Good breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff. Good location next to the sea and next to a bus stop. Very nice hallways and lobby.
the walls in the dining room need a serious renovation, it was mold next to the windows. The bathroom had a weird smell. The shower is small. Noisy road. The iron board of the bed and the little tables in the room need paint ASAP.

I liked everything, 15 blocks from the center of Sorrento, location is beautiful, excellent staff did not know what else to give us! I recommend it 100%.
Nothing was too good.

Hotel Crawford offers stunning views from the solarium, a lovely place to relax and sunbathe with a drink. The staff is professional and ready to serve excellent service.
Earplugs are a must-have due to the noise from early morning cleaning.
